Spencer Harris
Executive Director
Spencer Harris joins House of Victory as Executive Director after 10 seasons working in collegiate athletics, including 3+ years serving as USC Football’s Director of Player Personnel. In his role at USC, Spencer played a pivotal role in Coach Riley’s first haul of recruits, including 2022’s #1 transfer class. His background of the NIL landscape and the USC ecosystem proved critical in the formation of House of Victory.
Matt Lopes
Vice President of Operations
Matt Lopes joins House of Victory as VP of Operations, overseeing all student-athlete relationships and engagements, charitable partnerships, business operations and more. Lopes has more than two years of industry experience, having previously worked at Blueprint Sports, where he helped manage more than 20 NIL collectives across the country. As a football letterman, Lopes is uniquely qualified for this role given his understanding of the commitments of the athletes he works with. During his time on the team, USC won a Rose Bowl and a Pac-12 Championship while Lopes earned a scholarship prior to his Junior season, was awarded Co-Special Teams Player of the Year for USC (‘17-18), and was named All-Pac-12 Second Team for AP/ST (‘17-18). Lopes graduated from USC Marshall with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2017.
Hailey Tucker
Director of Communications and Marketing
Hailey Tucker joins House of Victory as Director of Communications and Marketing, where she oversees all related functions including external communications, social media, content creation, media relations and more as well as providing communications and marketing support for fundraising campaigns, special events, donor relations and more. Prior to House of Victory, Hailey worked within the NIL industry for multiple years, supporting more than 20 NIL collectives across the country. She has previously held a variety of communications and marketing roles in the sports industry. Hailey graduated from USC Annenberg with a B.A. in Journalism.
Magdi El Shahawy
Development Associate
Dr. Magdi El Shahawy joins House of Victory as a Development Associate where he will support fundraising efforts, identify new partners, and collaborate with HOV staff, USC coaches, and USC administration on NIL strategies, community outreach opportunities, and engaging former USC student-athletes. Prior to HOV, Magdi spent 30 years working in intercollegiate athletic administration at four Power 5 institutions, most recently as Deputy Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Support Services at the University of Georgia (2018-2023). Magdi currently resides in Redondo Beach with his two sons, Madison and Micah.
