House of Victory Announces ‘Arrival of the Trojan’ NIL Fundraising Campaign
Donors who make NIL contributions through this campaign will directly support Trojan student-athletes as USC’s inaugural Big Ten competition begins.
Los Angeles (SEPT. 18, 2024) - It’s the dawn of a new age at Heritage Hall. As Big Ten play kicks off for several USC programs, House of Victory is launching its Arrival of the Trojan fundraising campaign to rally support for current teams and capitalize on this building momentum for the future. The impact of every donation is doubled by a generous $100,000 matching gift from a House of Victory donor.
USC Football is off to a thrilling 2-0 start to the season and on the cusp of beginning its historic first season of Big Ten play. Women’s Soccer opened their Big Ten era with a Big W at Washington, and Women’s Volleyball opens play in the most competitive conference at the end of the month. Across the street at Galen Center, both Women’s and Men’s Basketball have plenty to be excited about for their upcoming seasons. Following their historic Elite Eight run, the Women of Troy have leveled up, adding top transfer Kiki Iriafen to hoop alongside phenom JuJu Watkins. With a roster of fresh faces, the Muss Bus has officially arrived in LA.
Beyond just these featured programs, Arrival of the Trojan will support NIL opportunities for current and future athletes in three main focus areas:
- Recruiting Efforts - The Trojans are hot on the recruiting trail with a nationwide footprint. House of Victory engages with targeted recruits and offsets out-of-pocket expenses for them to visit USC through NIL opportunities. Supporters will help lock in elite recruiting classes to continue building for the future.
- Current Athletes - The Trojan Family plays a pivotal role in ensuring players are supported on and off their fields of competition. House of Victory enables USC athletes to fully capitalize on their NIL, aiding in retention efforts to maintain championship caliber teams.
- Current Athlete Families - As the Trojans compete on a national stage, there is more travel required for families to watch their student-athletes compete, and the costs add up quickly. House of Victory uses NIL opportunities to direct financial support to families for their travel expenses to Los Angeles and Big Ten matchups across the country.
“We are excited about the start of a new era for our athletes, and we want every USC fan to feel empowered to be a part of the success of our programs during this historic season and for years to come,” said House of Victory Executive Director Spencer Harris. “When you give to our Arrival of the Trojan campaign, your dollars directly impact the product on the field, court or anywhere our student-athletes are competing.”
Donors can make gifts at any level, or at one of the preset levels outlined in the campaign, highlighting USC’s history and highlights from this year, including:
- $80 celebrating USC’s eight Heisman banners in the Coliseum
- $180 for the 18 coast-to-coast Big Ten schools
- $545 recognizing USC’s 545 Olympians
- $1,360 in honor of USC’s 136 National Championships
- $2,720 highlighting the 27-20 victory over LSU in Las Vegas to kick off the season
Arrival of the Trojan is House of Victory’s newest and most direct way for USC fans to show their support for their team.
