Consolidation Leads to Expanded NIL Support
May 4, 2023
To best support USC student-athletes with Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, House of Victory will merge with basketball-focused collective 3400 Club, effective immediately.
House of Victory launched last month as an alumni-backed nonprofit platform dedicated to providing a competitive edge in the NIL space for University of Southern California student-athletes. A proud NIL sponsor of USC Athletics, House of Victory facilitates NIL opportunities to student-athletes across all of USC’s twenty-one sports. In its first month of existence, House of Victory announced partnerships with their first thirteen athletes, including All-Pac-12 basketball athlete Boogie Ellis, All-American football athlete Calen Bullock, All-American volleyball athlete Skylar Fields, and All-Pac-12 basketball athlete Rayah Marshall.
Founded last fall, 3400 Club facilitates NIL partnerships between basketball student-athletes, USC alumni, and the local community. Their mission to strengthen USC basketball recruiting and retention efforts by facilitating opportunities for current student-athletes will continue under House of Victory.
Ryan Saba, President of 3400 Club and longtime supporter of USC basketball, will join House of Victory’s Alumni Advisory Council and serve as a liaison for basketball athletes and alumni. Ryan is an accomplished civil litigation and trial attorney and will provide additional legal support to House of Victory. Co-founders Michael Cooper and Greg Long will also join the Alumni Advisory Council.
"With both collectives founded by passionate and influential representatives of the Trojan Family, we agreed that consolidating under one platform creates the most clarity for the student-athletes, fans, donors, and corporate partners," said Spencer Harris, Executive Director for House of Victory.
